How teacher payouts and PayPal details work
Connect PayPal, understand the minimum threshold and weekly payout cycle, and check payout status.

For the English interface and every non-Russian locale, PayPal is currently the only payout method. Automatic payouts are prepared once a week after the available balance reaches the saved threshold. The minimum threshold is 25 USD; provider processing can take up to five business days.
Step 1. Check the available balance
Open Finances. Use the available payout balance, not total sales or AI balance, when deciding whether the threshold has been reached. Pending refunds, commissions, or unsettled operations may not yet be available.

Step 2. Connect PayPal and set the threshold
In Payout details, choose PayPal if the selector is shown, enter the email of a verified PayPal account, and set an automatic payout threshold of at least 25 USD. A higher value delays payout until more earnings accumulate. Check the email carefully, save, refresh, and confirm the masked detail and threshold were retained. Never send payout credentials in chat.

Step 3. Track payout status
Open payout history. Pending means the payout was created but is not complete; completed means the transfer was processed; failed means the details or provider flow needs attention. Allow for the weekly cycle plus provider processing. If that period has passed, contact support with the payout ID and date without exposing the full PayPal account.
