Step 1. Open the team
Open School as the director and scroll to Teachers.
Step 2. Start an invitation
Click Invite teacher. Do not use course collaborators as a substitute for school membership: collaborators must already be eligible school users.
Step 3. Send to the correct email
Enter a valid email address and click the send action once. The recipient must sign in or register with the same address and accept the invitation. If the email is wrong, do not create a second unrelated school account; correct the invitation.
Step 4. Configure the joined member
Return to the team list after acceptance. Confirm name, email, and role. Set course/tutoring school-share overrides if needed and save the row. Promotion transfers director authority; removal revokes school membership, so use both only after coordination.
