How to complete a tutor profile and check the student view
Publish a clear tutor profile, rates, and availability, then verify exactly what learners see.

Open this area in SubSchool
A tutor profile is public only when tutoring and public visibility are enabled. Write it for learners and guardians, not as an internal résumé.
Step 1. Open Profile
Click Profile and review the tutor card, public status, current rates, and weekly availability before editing.

Step 2. Complete identity and teaching information
Click Edit. Use a recognizable photo. Write a bio that states subjects, level, lesson format, and learner outcome. Add education and relevant work or teaching experience without private contact details or unverifiable claims. Enable tutoring and public-profile visibility only when the page is ready.

Step 3. Set pricing and availability
Enter the displayed per-minute, hourly, and two-hour rates; keep them consistent with the sessions you offer. Configure weekly slots in your own time zone and leave breaks between calls. The first-free option applies only when you intentionally offer it. Save, refresh, and re-open edit mode to confirm values.

Step 4. Verify the learner view
Open class.subschool.us/teachers, find the profile through the same filters a learner uses, and open it. Check the photo, name, bio, experience, rates, available times, and request action. Return to the teacher profile to correct anything unclear.
