Teachers के लिए उपयोगी AI feedback prompts

Goal, rubric, student work और सीमाएँ दें, फिर share करने से पहले हर claim जाँचें।

“Feedback दो” prompt अक्सर polite लेकिन generic answer देता है। बेहतर prompt context और आवश्यक teaching decision को स्पष्ट करता है।

Structure रखें: role, student level, learning goal, task, rubric, student response, output format और prohibitions।

उदाहरण:

नीचे दिए तीन criteria से कक्षा 8 के answer का analysis करें। हर criterion के लिए response से specific evidence cite करें, एक strength, एक improvement और एक practical next action दें। Student की intention assume न करें, uncertainty flag करें और final grade न दें।

इसे repeated errors खोजने, vague comment को observable advice बनाने, अलग autonomy levels के लिए feedback बदलने, rubric alignment जाँचने और anonymized class trends summarize करने में उपयोग किया जा सकता है।

Evidence, confidence और “teacher must verify” section माँगें। Psychological diagnosis, unsupported conclusion और विद्यार्थी की जगह पूरा assignment लिखने से रोकें।

Hindi prompts को Hindi में अलग test करें। Respectful tone, school terminology और age-appropriate भाषा literal translation से सुनिश्चित नहीं होती।

Share करने से पहले citation, subject accuracy, tone और action feasibility जाँचें। AI first draft तेज कर सकता है, लेकिन विद्यार्थी का पूरा context और जिम्मेदारी शिक्षक के पास रहती है।
