SUBSCHOOL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
1.1. Welcome to SubSchool, a digital educational platform owned and operated by SubSchool LTD ("We", "Us", "Our"). Our registered address is 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, RUISLIP, London, UK.
1.2. We operate a service consisting of a teacher's personal account and a student app ("Services").
1.3. By creating an account and using our Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you are a minor, your parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
  1. Account Creation
2.1. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during account creation. Misrepresentation may result in account termination and forfeiture of any account balances.
  1. Services
3.1. Our Services allow teachers to create and sell courses, homework and lessons, and students to purchase these educational materials.
3.2. Teachers are individuals or companies independent of us. We are not responsible for content posted by teachers. However, we reserve the right to remove any content not intended for children or any content that violates the law.
  1. Payments and Fees
4.1. Students can top up their account balances to purchase courses and lessons.
4.2. Teachers receive payments for sold courses and lessons to their internal balance after we deduct a 9% or 18% commission, depending on the chosen tariff.
4.3. Teachers can request withdrawal of funds from their internal balance when it reaches a minimum of $100.
  1. Content Responsibility
5.1. Teachers are solely responsible for the content they post. We do not monitor or control the content posted and, as such, do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content.
  1. Misuse of Services
6.1. Any fraudulent activities, such as duplicating accounts to receive referral payments for yourself or creating student accounts to dishonestly increase your ranking, may result in us blocking your account and refusing to withdraw your balance.
  1. Governing Law
7.1. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the United Kingdom. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of these countries.
  1. Changes to These Terms
8.1. We may occasionally update these Terms. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the bottom of these Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about our updates.
